Our Fees

We do not charge our prospective clients any fees until we have found them a suitable mortgage. During our first meeting we will complete a Mortgage or Remortgage questionnaire so that we can give you the suitable advice. Following our first meeting we will come back to you with our recommendation within 24 hours.This is our promise to you. If this is not possible for whatever reason, your designated adviser will inform you.

We charge £500 to arrange a UK mortgage for UK residents, compared to other city based brokers who may charge 1% of the loan amount or more.

To arrange a UK mortgage for a non-UK resident we charge 1% of the purchase price of the property.

Changes in the exchange rate may increase the Sterling equivalent of your debt
